  3. 6 tbspsaffron milk
  4. 3 cupsmilk powder
  5. 1 cuppowdered sugar

    In a pan, add clarified butter and milk mix well

    Add saffron milk mix well

  3. 3

    Add milk powder stir it continuously on low flame when it thickens and holds shape (after 10- 13 mins) turn off the flame.. Mawa is ready

    Remove this Mawa in a bowl, add powdered sugar and elachi powder mix well..

    Make a soft dough

  6. 6

    Grease modal moulds..Make modaks using mould
