It tastes even more amazinggg when served with desi ghee.
Cooking Instructions

In a big heating pot add oil and methi dana. Fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add onion, ginger garlic paste and fry until light golden brown.

Meanwhile In a bowl add tomatoes, yoghurt, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric and green chillies.

Mix and add in the pot. Cook until tomatoes are soft.

Now add potatoes and mix them well in the masala. Add water and cook until potatoes are half done.

Now add 4 glasses of water. Bring to boil and add rice.

Cook rice on high flames until water dries out now slow the flames. Cover lid and put on dum for 10-15 minutes

Tadaaa yummilicious tahiri is ready. You can have it with raita, salad or desi ghee. I love to have it with desi ghee.
