Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprice
  2. 2 cupsfresh curd
  3. 1 cupmilk
  4. for tempering
  5. 1 teaspoon)jeera
  6. 1 teaspoonurad dal
  7. 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
  8. 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida
  9. Handfulkadipatta and raisins
  10. 8-10cashews
  11. 1 teaspoongrated Ginger
  12. 2green chillies chopped
  13. 1red chilli
  14. to tasteSalt
  15. 1 teaspoonsugar
  16. 2 tablespoonsoil

    Cook rice for 3 whistles otherwise cook until it becomes soft, allow it to cool,

    Take 2 tablespoons of oil tempered with above mentioning things, add this mixture to into rice, add curd, sugar and salt, and lastly check the consistency with milk
