I have always loved lentil soup but always get it in the can. Finally I decided that it was time to make it the way I have always had it. And this recipe is exactly how I like it!

I created this recipe when we didn't really have any food and was tired of eating Top Ramen lol. Also now I have Gallstone problems and eating heavy food is out of the question so decided to make it again. Its Easy, Simple and Fills you up! :)

The first time I had this, it was the instant variety. I never knew it existed. Reluctantly, I tried it and I was quite surprised. How can you say you don’t like it if you haven’t tried it?

I was adding so many ingredients to my instant ramen packets that I decided I could probably just buy (Or make!) noodles and make it from scratch. This recipe was the result.

Oddly, I made this simply because I had a large loaf of crusty bread I needed to use. So, I decided to make something that would need sopping up.

I loved this soup in Turkey, and so decided to prepare it myself at home! I got the recipe from youtube and made same changes:) I love the taste and its perfect when you're hungry!

This is a traditional dish in Malta, it can be made using any fish however I would suggest trying it with Mahi mahi / dolphin fish, which to my opinion makes it even better

Decided to try and make this soup from stuffed bell peppers idea

This soup taste fragrant and lightly sour and sweet it perfect to serve with steamed rice or simply serve a bowl to enjoy the richness of flavor combined.

When I learned this recipe in junior college, it called for heating the flour with butter, and would become lumpy. I saw a TV show that showed sautéing onions before making the roux and adapted that procedure. Since then I've been making corn soup with onions.Since it burns easily and spits when boiling, be sure to mix well from the bottom.It hardens when cooled, so when heating leftovers the following day, be sure to mix before heating as well.
