Ingredients

  1. 2small zucchinis, diced
  2. 1 earcorn, cooked and kernels removed
  3. 1/2medium onion, thinly sliced
  4. 1ripe tomato, diced
  5. 1 teaspoonvegetable oil
  6. Salt and pepper to taste
  7. 4 1/4 cupswater (1 liter)

Cooking Instructions

    In a saucepan, heat the oil over medium heat, sauté the onion, then add the tomato and corn kernels.
