Cooking Instructions

Wash the Kodo Millet and Moong dal and soak it for half an hour before cooking

Add it in the pressure cooker with little salt and 3 cups of water

Water measurement should be 1:3 for millets
- 4
Cover it and cook for 3 to 4 whistles
- 5
Pour the ghee in tadka pan and add the ingredients one by one for tempering
- 6
And atlast mix the tempering with the pongal in the pressure cooker, then check the salt and enjoy the pongal with your favourite Chutney of your choice👍
