Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 cupsago (sabudana)
  2. 1boiled potato
  3. 1 spoonred chilli powder (as required)
  4. 2 spoonOil / ghee
  5. as required Salt
  6. 1/2 cuproasted peanuts

Cooking Instructions

    In a vessel put on sago add water wash drain water again add fresh water(dont add more than sago) it's eqelly as sago.

    Cover the vessel for overnight.

    In a hot pan roast the groundnuts (don't remove skin)

    In a mixi jar add red chilli powder salt &roasted peanuts &crush them (don't make powder form)

  5. 5

    Switch on gas heat oil / ghee (with ghee tests more) spread oil all over pan then sago not be a sticky.

    First we add sago in hot oil mix well then add crush mixture

    Mix well. On a medium flame mix all well then cover pan for 2-3 min.

    After 2-3 min remove cover add boiled potato (peel & cut in cubs)

    Mix well switch off the gas.

  10. 10

    Your tasty sago ready to eat. Eat with cool cool curd.

    Enjoy your sago with curd.
