You can make this recipe for breakfast and for fasts too.
Cooking Instructions

Soak the sago pearls for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight

Drain off the water post soaking

Peel and dice the par boiled potato
- 4
Dry roast the raw peanuts

Grind the peanuts fine

Heat oil in a non stick pan

Add the cumin seeds,chillies and curry leaves

After the seeds splutter,add the par boiled potatoes and saute till they turn golden in colour

Next add the gound peanut and mix well

After the mix dries,add the sago and salt

Mix well and cook for 2 more minutes

Take off heat and serve right away

Note: I do not like use of onions and coriander leaves in sabudaana khichdi.you can use them both
