Ingredients

  1. 200 gmRoasted peanut (Without skin)
  2. 100 gmSugar
  3. 100 mlWater
  4. 2 tbspGhee
  5. 1/2 tspCardamom powder

    First take roasted peanut into mixi jar and grind a nice powder.

    Take a pan add sugar and water make a sugar Syrup in single thread consistency. Add ghee 1 tbsn, cardamom powder mix well and then add peanut powder it will thicken switch off the gas.

    Take a plate grease the ghee and pour into the mixture. Immediately Cut with knife in diamond size.
