Cooking Instructions

    Take Mixing bowl add besan, suzi add water and mix it well.

    Add salt, sugar, lemon juice, add turmeric pwder mix well. And take rest 5 to 7 minutes.

    Take a kadhai add 1 glaas water and keep a stand inside kadhai and boil water.

    Take a pot gresae with oil and. mixture of dhokla add eno and mix fastly and pour into grese pot. Water.

    Water is boiling keep dhokla pot on the stand and cover the kadhai. Cook 15 min. And check with a knife, if knife is cleand it means dhokla is cooked perfectly, and otherwise of knife is sticky cook more 5 to 7 min again.

    Check dhokla. And cooldown. Afer cooling dhokla cut into pieces and.

    Heat oil in tadka pan add raai, curry leaves, and green chilli, fry. Pour onto the dhokla.

    Spread coconut. Enjoy dhokla with chutney.
