Tomato Bharta
Cooking Instructions

Wash,pat dry tomato. Apply oil all over it. Insert fork from upper side as seen. Roast it on open medium flame for few minutes till outer skin blackened. Put it in cold water. Discard skin and chopped into pieces.

In kadhai add heat oil. Add chopped capsicum,saute for 1 min. Add roasted tomato pieces saute for 2 minutes.

Add tomato puree,mix and cook till water evaporates.

Add tumeric powder,red chilli powder, dhania jeera powder & garam masala. Mix and cook for 1 minute.

Lastly add grated paneer, salt. Mix & cook for 1 minute.

Serve/ Relish Delicious Hot Tomato Bharta with Parathas.
