Ingredients

  1. 1 boxcous-cous
  2. 3red bell pepper
  3. 2tomatoes
  4. 3medium spring onions
  5. 4medim carrots& peas
  6. 3eggs
  7. Salt,Maggi&curry

Cooking Instructions

    Boil 2cups water,add ur cous cous inside bowl nd pour d hot water sprinkle some salt nd cover.let it absorbs all d liquid

    Clean and chopped vegetables set aside

    Whisk eggs together and prepare to scramble

  4. 4

    Place pot over medium heat add veg.oil onions,red bell pepper,peas,carrot

  5. 5

    Add ur friedchicken(fish/beef anyone u prepare)add small amount of water salt,curry&seasoning cube to taste cover n allow to cook

  6. 6

    After about 9-10 minutes add d cous cous& scrambled egg to the vegetables cook on low heat for 4-5 minutes
