If your kid does not eat daal, don't worry. You can make paratha from leftover daal. It's very tasty and healthy and your kid will also like it.
Cooking Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine daal, wheat flour, oil, salt, enough water and knead properly

Divide the dough into 2 equal portions,make a ball and dust with some wheat flour.

Roll ball into 5 inches in diameter circle with a little flour
- 4
On a hot tawa place the rolled paratha and cook for a minute until golden brown spot appear
- 5
Furthermore, flip the paratha untill golden brown
- 6
Brush oil/ghee, flip again once or twice till both the sides are cooked properly
- 7
Repeat the same process with the remaining dough to make more paratha
- 8
Finally, serve paratha with butter, sauce, yogurt, or pickle.
