This is an amazing combination of punjabi and Chinese. Soft, juicy and succulent pieces of chicken marinated in flavorful masalas then grilled to perfection. These bite size chicken beauties are then added to onion and bell pepper fried rice. What we get is an mind blowing fusion dish. And not only it's delicious it's very easy to make as well.
Cooking Instructions

Clean and pat dry the chicken pieces. Add all the ingredients except mustard oil, cream and butter.

Mix well, add the mustard oil and cream. Mix really well. Keep aside for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 170 degree Celsius. line a baking tray with foil. Arrange the marinated chicken pieces on the foil. Cook for 10 minutes. Turning once in between. After 10 minutes baste with melted butter.

Heat oil in a kadai. Add chopped garlic and onion. Saute on high heat till light golden.

Now add the chopped bell peppers. Mix.cook for 1-2 minutes.

Now add the rice, garam masala, salt, chili sauce, vinegar and soya sauce. Mix well. Garnish with chopped green onions green. Serve hot. Yummy fusion Punjabi Chinese is ready.
