Ingredients

20 minutes
4 servings
  1. 2 Cupssweet corns
  2. 1 cuprice flour
  3. 1 tblspn Green chillies and ginger crushed
  4. 1 cupchopped coriander leaves
  5. 1 tspn Red chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tspn Turmeric powder
  7. As per tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Pressure cook the sweet corn. Give a whistle.

    Crush roughly sweet corn. Add all masala. Bind it. You may not need water to bind it but if you need water, take spoon by spoon.

    Bind the dough and give rest for 30 minutes. After that divide into equal portions and give round shape.

    Take a deep pan to fry. Fry all the balls on medium flame. Serve hot with chuteny.
