  1. 1 cup maida/all-purpose flour
  2. to tastesalt
  3. 1 tspblack pepper Powder
  4. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  5. 2 tsp oil
  6. pinchasafoetida
  7. as neededOil for frying
  8. as neededWater

રાંધવાની સૂચનાઓ

    Mix in maida all ingredients and make a soft daug. Take rest for 10 minutes.

    Take a ball of daug & make a chapati then fry until golden brown. Make all pakvaan.

    Now take chana daal 2 cup 1 cup moong chadi daal. Soak mix at 7 to 8 hours.

    In pressure cooker add soak daal & add to taste salt & haldi powder and boil 3 to 4 whistle. Add to tspoon oil in before boiling so daal not come out.its tips.

    Now its time to sarving. Take deep bowl add some daal..in daal add three types of chutney (red garlic, green kothmir marcha fudina, sweet khajur chutney) according to the taste.crush the pakvaan & add in daal and some chopped onion and sprinkle the masala (black pepper, roasted jeera powder and black salt same quantity).
