  6. 1/2 tspGaram masala
  7. 2 tspMaida/All-purpose Flour

  9. as neededOil for frying
  10. For gravy
  11. 3 tbspOil
  12. 2Chopped onion
  13. 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  14. 1 cupTomato puree
  15. 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  16. 1/2 tspCumin powder
  17. 1 tspGaram masala
  18. 1/2 cupCashew nut paste
  19. 1 tbspFenugreek leaves
  20. 2 tspButter
  21. handfulCoriander leaves
  22. 200 mlWater
  23. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl add paneer and add all the ingredients mix well and make a soft dough. From the take a small portion and make ovel size. Take a pan add oil is heated add kofta fry till golden in colour in medium flame.

    Take a pan add oil, onion cook till transparent add ginger garlic paste and tomato puree.

    Add all masalas and water cooked few minutes and then add cashew nuts paste again cooked 5 minutes. Add fenugreek leaves.

    Finally add coriander leaves and butter. And then switch off the gas. Add the koftas into the gravy. Paneer Malai Kofta Gravy ready to serve with Chappathi, Parotta And Naan.
