Beetroot and wheat flour, both are a great source of fiber magnesium, potassium, iron and vitamin C. Which is benificial for digestive health. It's have a high water and low calorie content. Both have these properties are benificial for weight loss. Wheat is mainly composed of cadbs but also has moderate amounts of protein so, wheat flour and beetroot both are benificial for our digestion.

Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 2 tbspgram flour (besan)
  3. 2 tbspgrated beetroot
  4. 1" grated ginger
  5. 2finely chopped green chilli
  6. 1/2 tspcarom seeds
  7. 1/8 tspasafoetida
  8. 1 tspor to taste salt
  9. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  10. 1 tbspchopped coriander leaves
  11. For Stuffing ::
  12. 50 gmsgrated Paneer
  13. 1/4 cupfinely chopped capsicum
  14. 1/4 cupgrated carrot
  15. 1/4 tspsalt
  16. 1/4 tspblack pepper powder
  17. 1/4 tspchilli flakes

Cooking Instructions

    Take a mixing bowl add wheat flour and besan. Now combine all ingredients except oil/butter.

    Mix well. Adding little water gratudally and make fine batter without lumps,whisk gently. Covered and keep aside for 15 minutes.

    Check consistency, on high flame heat nonstick tawa. Sprinkle few drops of water and wipe with clean Kitchen towel.

    On simmer a spoonful chila batter pour on the center of tawa,spread evenly. Now brush with oil on the side & top of chila.

    Cook it until turns into light golden. Flip it and cook Other side.

    On simmer again flip it and top of o the chila sprinkle all stuffing ingredients one by one. Turn off the flame.

    Now fold it and take out in the serving plate.

    Healthy and Nutritious "Chila" is ready to serve.

    Serve with tomato, coconut and coriander chutney. Enjoy!!
