  5. 1 tspchicken powder(optional)
  6. 2 tspsugar
  7. 2 tbspoil
  8. Neem garam pani as req
  9. Egg for brushing
  10. 1egg for dough
  11. Kalonji seeds for sprinkle as req
  12. Melted butter as req

    Subse phele maida aur baking powder ko stiff kar lein.

    Ab baki ke dry ingre add kar mix karen maiday me aur phir egg aur oil dal ke ache se mix karen

    Ab neem garam pani add karte hue soft dough bana lein(jitna soft dough knead hoga utnay soft n fluffy buns bake honge) 5/7 min knead karen

    Ab ek airtight box me 2 hours rise hone ke liye rakh dein.

    Ek bowl me pani lein aur usay rack me rakh ke subse neeche walay rack pe rakhien oven me aur 200' pe 10 mins preheat karen

    Rise hui dough ko dust kiye hue counter pe nikalen aur halka halka maida dust karte hue knead karen again.

    Baking tray ko grease kar lein.2 cups se mini buns 8 banege chote pairay banaye aur halka sa flat kar ke tray me rakhien

    Ab ek egg ko phiant ke brush karen aur kaloongi sprinkle karen

    Preheated oven me 20/25 mins dono rods on ke 200' pe bake kar lein

    Bake hone ke baad melted butter brush karen aur buns ko cover kar dein for half an hour.

    Soft n fluffy buns se burger banaye ya chai ke sath enjoy karen.
