Mix flour with yeast and salt. Add mashed potatoes and milk. At the end add melted butter and stir well. Leave in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours.

Divide the dough into buns, cover with a clean towel and leave for another 30-45 minutes, grease the buns with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 30 minutes at a temperature of 210 °C /
