Ingredients

  1. 250 gmspaneer diced
  2. 1capsicum diced
  3. 1onion diced
  4. 1onion sliced
  5. 3tomatoes
  6. 5-6garlic cloves
  7. 1/2 inchginger
  8. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  9. 1/2 tspsukha dhaniya( coriander) powder
  10. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  11. Pinchhaldi/ turmeric powder
  12. 1green chilli
  13. 3-4 tspoil
  14. 1 tspkasoori methi
  15. 1 tspfresh coriander leaves
  16. to tasteSalt
  17. 1 tspcream
  18. 2 tsp lemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    In 1/2tsp oil saute diced onion and capsicum

  2. 2

    In the same pan,heat oiL again. Add sliced onion. Saute till pin

  3. 3

    Marinate paneer for 10mins with salt,red chilli powder,lemon juice. Then saute it.

    Make a tomato puree with ginger,garlic and green chilli. Add sauted onion and blend it to a smooth puree

    Heat oil again. Add red chilli powder,kasoori methi and strained tomato onion puree. Add all spices with salt

  6. 6

    Cook till oil leaves the sides. Add cream and sauted paneer onion capsicum. Cook fr 2more mins

  7. 7

    Serve hot with roti or naan and fresh coriander on top!
