Take flour in a bowl and warm 1 cup water.

Now knead a soft dough with the help of warm water. and make it rest for 5mins.

Now take a small amount and roll it put some dry flour on rolling board and with the help of your palm make it round and put some ghee on griddle and put the roti on it.

Now keep the flame on slow and turn after 3-4mins and get it roast from other side too. now put some ghee on both sides and roast well.
