Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmoong daal
  2. 1 cupurad daal
  3. 1 tspgreen chilli ginger paste
  4. as per tasteSalt
  5. 1 tspjeera

    Wash and soak yellow moong daal and urad daal 3 to 4 hrs

    Grind the mixture and make a fine batter.add green chinlli ginger paste and add salt and mix it well

    Apply oil in appe pan..and put batter in each and cover it with lid.cook till it turns brown.

    Remove from the pan when it is cooked.and soak in a chaas Keep in fridge to cool.

    After cooling..drain chaas by pressing gently by hands and serve with sweet curd

    Sprinkle with chat masala,roated jeera powder,red chilli powder.garnish with roasted masala peanut and boondi
