Cooking Instructions

Grind moraiya and sabudana in a grinder till powder. Now in a pan heat water
1 cup and add salt and when hot add the prepared powder now mix till cooked and ready like a khichu.Remove from flame,add mashed potato,groundnuts,green chilli,black pepper coriander,jeera.mix. - 2
Shape like medu vada and fry in hot oil till golden.serve hot with chutney.

For chutney
In a grinder take 1/2 cup groundnuts,2 green chilli, salt coriander leaves, 1/2 cup curd.Grind all ingredients till chutney consistency.
