Ingredients

  1. 1medium boiled potato(mashed)
  2. 1 cup katori moraiya (Sama)
  3. 2 tbspsabudana
  4. 1 tspgreen chilli paste
  5. 1 tspgroundnut crushed
  6. as per tasteSalt
  7. as requiredOil for frying
  8. 1/2 tspjeera powder
  9. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  10. 1 tbspcoriander chopped

Cooking Instructions

    Grind moraiya and sabudana in a grinder till powder. Now in a pan heat water
    1 cup and add salt and when hot add the prepared powder now mix till cooked and ready like a khichu.Remove from flame,add mashed potato,groundnuts,green chilli,black pepper coriander,jeera.mix.

    Shape like medu vada and fry in hot oil till golden.serve hot with chutney.

    For chutney
    In a grinder take 1/2 cup groundnuts,2 green chilli, salt coriander leaves, 1/2 cup curd.Grind all ingredients till chutney consistency.
