Ingredients

3-4 servings
  1. 2 cupchopped cabbages (Patta Gobhi)
  2. 1potato peeled and cut into cubes
  3. 2tomatoes chopped
  4. 1onion finely chopped
  5. 1green chili chopped
  6. 1 tspginger paste
  7. 1 tspgarlic paste
  8. 1 tspKashmiri red chili powder
  9. 1/2 tspcumin powder
  10. 1/3 tspgaram masala
  11. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. as neededOil for cooking

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil on a pressure cooker, add onion and fry till translucent. Add ginger garlic paste and chopped tomatoes and green chili. Cook till tomatoes are soft and mushy.

    Add rest other spices powders. Cool for two minutes on low flame.

    Add chopped cabbage, potatoes and salt, mix well and cook for one whistle. Allow to release the steam naturally and dry the remaining water with cabbage in high flame, stirring in between. Delicious cooked cabbage is ready to serve with Poori/Roti.
