Cooking Instructions

Take the lentils wash them and boil them in pressure cooker with 5-6 whistle add chopped tomato and onions while boiling

Now finely chop few vegetables

Take a pan add oil and Cumin seeds and mustard seeds as well as hing and fry the dal
- 4
Now let them cook by adding 2 glasses to 3 glasses of water and give nice boil add all the spices to them again boil them till the vegetables cook inside them and it gives nice texture

For Vada
Take 300gm Urad dal and wash them and soak for around 4-5 hours minimum and next grind in the grinder aand prepare thick batter - 6
Now add salt to taste and mix them well and now wet your hand and take small portion of batter and prick hole while dipping in the oil for frying and fry them crispy and until they turn golden brown colour

Now serve them with Sambar and chutney
