Ingredients

3-4 people
  1. 1 packetspaghetti
  2. 5-6 tbsoil
  3. Halfkg boneless chicken
  4. 2medium capsicums
  5. 2medium tomatoes
  6. 2medium onions
  7. Green onions as per your liking add them
  8. 2-3 tbspsoy sauce
  9. 2 tbspchilli sauce
  10. Halfcup ketchup
  11. 1 tbspcrushed garlic
  12. 2 tbspcorn flour
  13. 3 cupwater
  14. Spices of Fajita spaghetti!
  15. Salt as per your taste
  16. Red Chilli powder as per your taste
  17. 1 tbspcumin seeds
  18. 1 tspginer powder
  19. 1 tspgarlic powder
  20. Halftbsp oregano
  21. 1 tbspFenugreek (Qasuri methi)
  22. 1 tspRed chilli flakes
  23. 1 tbspsugar for balanced the taste of spices
  24. 1 tbspcorn starch (optional)
  25. Grind all these dry ingredients and set aside

Cooking Instructions

    Attaching pictures of all the ingredients.

    ❤Note: I Don't like to cut onions into strips, so I cut it in cubes. You can cut your onions in strips.😉

    First of all, half boil your spaghetti and then set it aside.

    ❤Tip: Half boil means you'll boil it only 5 to 6 minutes not more than neither less than.

    Now it's time for preparation of your fajita spaghetti's sauce.

    Heat oil in a pot for 2 minutes, add crushed garlic and fry it for 3 to 4 minutes.

    Add chicken and fry it 5 to 10 minutes on a medium flame.

    ❤Tip: when I was cutting the vegetables, I removed the upper part of the tomatoes and add them at this part of the cooking. It enhance the taste of your gravy/sauce.

    Cook it for good 5 to 10 minutes after adding the tomatoes.

    It's time to add all the spices now.

    Add all the dry spices which we've grind before.
    And soy sauce, chilli sauce and ketchup as well.. and give it a good mix

    Mix cornflour in water and pour it in the pot while constantly mixing. Cook it for 5 minutes on high flame.

    ❤Tip: please take a measurement cup for water do not add more than 3 cups of water, otherwise access water will ruin the taste of your gravy/sauce.

    After bring it a boil. Add capsicum, onion and cook for a minute.

    ❤Tip: do not over cook the gravy, your vegetables will be soft otherwise.

    Add spaghetti in a pot after then, add strips of tomatoes and toss all the ingredients with spaghetti.

    Last, you'll add green onion in it.

    And leave it for 5 minutes on a low flame.

    ❤Note: Because the half boiled spaghetti will be full cooked in low flame and through saucy yummy gravy.🤩
