Ingredients

1 bowl
  1. 4-5Raw mango chopped(small pieces)
  2. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  3. as requiredChilli powder
  4. 1 tspRoasted Fenugreek powder
  5. As per tasteSalt
  6. fortempering:- gingelly oil
  7. 1/4 tspmustard seed
  8. As Requiredsplit urad dal
  9. 1/4 tspcumin seeds
  10. 1 tspasafoetida powder
  11. 2red chillies
  12. fewcurry leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Add raw mango into a bowl. Add 1 tsp of turmeric powder. Add 3-4 tsp chili powder.

    Add 1 tsp roasted Fenugreek powder. Add salt generously (3 to 4 tbsp or depends upon the sourness of the mango).

    Mix well & let it sit for about 10 minutes. Take a wide thick pan to temper.

    Add 2 tbsp of gingelly/ sesame oil. Add mustard seeds, split urad dal & cumin seeds.

    Add 1 tsp asafoetida powder, a few red chilies. Now, turn off the stove & add curry leaves immediately. Pour the tempered ingredients into the raw mango pickle mixture & mix well.

    Your tangy, spicy raw mango. Pickle is ready 😋 yummy and tasty 😋😋.
