  4. 1/2tesp haldi
  5. Pani as required

    Daal ko dho kar pressure cooker mein dalen aur pani dal lain

    Ab is mein namak mirch aur haldy dal kar 20 mints ka pressure dein 20 mint bad pressur khol dein

    Daal mein aachy tarah chamch chalen. Frying pan mein oil dalen lehsan dal kar flame on karen.jab lehsan light brown ho jay to zeera dalen aur daal ko baghar lagadein

    Mazedar malka e masoor tayyar hai.chawal kay sath serve karen.afar chahen to roty ya parathay kay sath bhi kha saktay hain.
