Cooking Instructions

Take a pan put some oil + add chopped Potatoes fry them take it out if it turns light brown....keep it aside....

Now in the same pan add hing + tomato puree +chopped capsicum.........saute it now add + chopped tomatoessaute till capsicum softens.....
Now add spices
Salt
Black pepper
Red chili powder
Saunf powder
garam masala
Chaat masala
Sookha dhaniya
Jeera powder.....saute it well - 3
Now add fried potatoes.....saute all the ingredients well....in the end add half spoon Desi ghee or butter.....add fresh coriander leaves.....
Serve hot with chapati....
