Ingredients

5-6 people
  1. 1/4 cupOil
  2. 2 tspZeera
  3. 3 piecesLaung
  4. 1 stickDalchini
  5. 1Onion chopped (large)
  6. 1 tbspLehsan paste
  7. 1/2 cupTomato paste
  8. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  9. 1 tspSalt
  10. 1 tspCoriander powder
  11. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  12. 2-3Green chillies chopped
  13. 1 tspGaram masala
  14. 2 cups Chana daal (soaked and boiled)
  15. Tarka
  16. 1/4 cupOil
  17. 9-10 leavesCurry pata
  18. 2-3Sabut lal mirch

Cooking Instructions

    Ek pateeli lein us mein oil zeera laung dalchini aur chopped onion add karein... Tab tak fry karein jb tak golden brown na hojaye

    Jb golden brown hojaye tu us mein lehsan paste tomato paste red chilli powder salt coriander powder turmeric powder aur chopped green chillies add kardein... Aur low flame pe pakaye k paste thora thick hojaye

    Ab us mixture mein chana ki daal boiled daal dein... Aur water ½ cup add kardein.. Phir isko 2-3 min pakayein

    Ab is k uper garam masala add karein aur cover kar k low flame pe 8-10 min pakaye.. Phir mix kardein

    Tadka k liye ek pan mein oil ¼ cup lein us mein curry pata aur sabut lal mirch add kar k pakaye aur chana fry mein daal dein

    Garnish karne k liye ginger aur hari mirch ka use karein aur garam garam serve karein with nan
