Eggplant and Shrimp in Chili Sauce Stir-Fry Eggplant and Shrimp in Chili Sauce Stir-Fry
Quick 10 minutes! This chili sauce stir-fry pairs perfectly with rice and will boost your appetite. Thank you for 100 people talking about it and for featuring it in the eggplant category.Origin of this recipe: I used miso instead of doubanjiang, making it even more suitable for rice. It's not spicy, so kids can enjoy it too. LimeLunchTranslated from Cookpad Japan -

Egg and Tomato Stir-fry with Sweet Chili Sauce Egg and Tomato Stir-fry with Sweet Chili Sauce
I wanted to come up with a simple dish for dinner using sweet chili sauce. You can just chop up the tomato if you like, but I cut it into wedges to enjoy their fresh flavor. Don't stir fry the tomato for too long.Have you tried sweet chili sauce? It's a bit sour, sweet, and just a bit spicy. I'm addicted to it. It's ok for kids too if you adjust the amount!! I've really been into sweet chili sauce recently, and I use it to flavor chikuwa fish sticks and wiener sausages for bentos too. For 3 servings. Recipe by salada mama cookpad.japan -

Healthy Stir-fried Bean Sprouts with Oyster Sauce Healthy Stir-fried Bean Sprouts with Oyster Sauce
I wanted to make a healthy and crunchy bean sprout stir fry, and tried many things before getting to this method. It's a family favorite these days.By adding salt to oil before stir frying the bean sprouts, and throwing out the water that seeps out, you can make stir fried bean sprouts that aren't watery. Excess oil is thrown out as well, so this is healthy.Use ham or fish sausage instead of the chikuwa fish sticks, or just make a bean sprout stir fry.Adjust the seasonings to taste. For 2 to 3 servings. Recipe by Cha-miru cookpad.japan -
