Cooking Instructions

Wash and soak dal for 2 hrs

Heat oil in pan. Add chopped onion Cook till light brown in colour.

Add chopped tomato,dal, chopped green chillies,coriander powder,haldi powder and salt mix add water and cook till dal is cooked.add tamarind juice mix. Remove from fire.put dal in bowls.

For jowar doda(roti)
Take big bowl. Put jowar aata add chopped onion, finely chopped green garlic,green chillies, dry pomegranate seed and salt. make dough by adding water.keep aside for ten mnts. - 5
Heat griddle. Take small portion of dough and roll our small roti. Cook on medium heat till roasted both sides.

Apply ghee or oil. remove from fire.

Boil arbi in salted water peel.
Heat oil in pan deep fry arbi till light brown. - 8
Remove press it little.again fry at medium heat till golden brown and crispy.remove.

Sprinkle coriander powder,red chilli powder and dry mango powder on arbi.

For Raita
Take curd in bowl at salt, red chilli powder, chat masala powder mix add little water make it smooth. - 11
Add soaked boondi in curd mix.

Take Thali put jowar doda,keep bowl of dal,bowl of raita, crispy arbi,onion rings and any sweet

Thali is ready to serve.
