Ingredients

  1. 2 tspoil
  2. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  3. pinchhing
  4. as required Few curry leaves
  5. 2 clovegarlic, crushed
  6. 1chilli, finely chopped
  7. 2 tbspcoriander, finely chopped
  8. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  9. 2potatoes,boiled & mashed
  10. 1 tspsalt or as needed
  11. 1 tbsplemon juice
  12. as required Green chutney
  13. as required bread slices per sandwich

Cooking Instructions

    For aloo, filling Take a pan and heat 2 tsp oil and splutter mustard seeds
    Add a pinch of hing and a few curry leaves.
    Also add garlic, chili, coriander, and saute well.

    Now add turmeric powder and stir
    add boiled and mashed potato and salt too.

    Mix well making sure all the spices are combined well with potato.

    Turn off the flame and let the mix cool.
    Take two bread slices and butter them.

    Now take a sandwich maker. Keep one bread slice(buttered side down)
    Put 2-3 tbsp potato filling and cover with the other bread slice (buttered side up)

    Take it out when done and serve it hot with green chutney and garam garam chai.
