Ingredients

  1. Cooked rice
  2. egg
  3. salt
  4. green onion for garnish

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add a little salt in egg and beat egg until fluffy.

  2. 2

    Pour it on cooked rice. Microwave 30 seconds by 600w.

  3. 3

    Garnish with green onion and sprinkle soy sauce to taste.

  4. 4

    This is the breakfast we ate in Kyoto Obansai Restaurant. 🇯🇵
