Coconuts are a delicious and versatile food that are especially good when eaten fresh. But I love Coconut Flakes my kids love it too
Cooking Instructions

Rise the coconut

Peel the fiber away from the coconut meat.

After you’ve separated the coconut, there may still be some light brown fiber covering the white meat.

Use a vegetable peeler to remove the fiber as you would the skin from a potato or other vegetable.

Once you’ve removed the fiber from the meat then grate it
If you don’t have a vegetable peeler, you can use a sharp knife to carefull - 6
Bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes until the coconut begins to brown.

Remove from oven and transfer to a dish to cool completely.

Spread the coconut in a single layer on a large baking sheet sprinkle with pinch of salt,
