  3. 1/2 tspDhania Jeera + Black pepper
  4. 1/3 tspMustard seeds
  5. 1/3 tspCumin
  6. Pinches:Asafoetida(Hing)
  7. Pinches:Methi Dhanya
  8. as per taste Salt
  9. 1 tspLemon juice
  10. 1/2 tsp:Sugar

    Take Boiled potato,pile the skin and the cut it into pieces.

    Thane a pan put 3 tsp oil and her it and the add White Udal Dal and then stur it and then add in that pan only Rai,Methi Dhanya,Jeru,ginger paste,dry red chill,green chill's cut it in long pieces and then add it,add hing and the stur it,after that put potatoes pieces,Salt,Lemon juice,Sugar and Dhanya Jeera, Black papaer and then mix it.

    After,3Minuites dry potato sabji is ready to serve...... add Coriende's Leaves and Green Chill's Sclice and serve it.
