    Grate the cabbage, carrot and onion
    Fry all the vegetables with a little oil and then add green chilli and salt and saute for a few minutes

    Prepare the dough with maida, oil, salt, and water and make a soft doughMake small circle and fill it with vegetables and then give shape

    Steam it. And it's ready to be served with sauces.
