Steps

Peel the sweet potatoes. Boil the potatoes till 80% of it & mash it.

Add milk powder & 2cardamom seeds. Start making the dough. Add maida as required to bind the dough. Don't add too much as that will harden the sweet. Add ghee & mix nicely. This will add flavour.

Rub little ghee in your hands. Start making desired balls out of the dough without any cracks. Put few chopped pistachios in the middle of each ball.

Heat adequate oil in the kadai. Put a ball into the oil. Don't stir immediately to avoid breakage of the sweet. After 4-5 mins give it stir and fry till the desired color on low to medium flame. Fry in batches.

Meanwhile make a sugar syrup with 1bowl sugar & 2bowls of water of same measurement. Make a thin syrup with few crushed cardamom seeds. Put off the flame.

Add the sweet balls immediately after frying in sugar syrup. Dip for 3-4 mins. Garnish with chopped pistachios on top.
