Ingredients

  1. 7-8 pcs.Baby potatoes
  2. 100 gmsCarrot
  3. 150 gmssmall Brinjal
  4. 150 gmsLadies Finger
  5. 150 gmsBig Chilli
  6. 150 gmsPaneer
  7. as required Oil for Fry
  8. For Gravy:-
  9. 2 tbsp.Oil
  10. 1 tbsp.Butter
  11. 1Big Onion
  12. 2 Tomatoes
  13. 1 tbsp.Coriander
  14. 1/2 tsp.Dry mango powder
  15. 1/2 tsp.Chaat Masala
  16. as per taste Salt
  17. Pinchblack salt
  18. 1 tsp.Kasuri Methi
  19. 1 tbspoon. Pav bhaji masala
  20. 1 tsp.Red chilli powder
  21. 1 tsp.Turmeric powder
  22. 1 tsp.Garlic paste
  23. 1 tbsp.Cream
  24. 2 tbsp.Cashewnuts powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash and par boil potatoes.Remove skin.And prik. Wash and rinse all vegetables and slit one side of brinjal ladies fingers and big chilli.
    De seeds and veins from chilli.
    Cut carrot.
    Make paneer dice. Sprinkle red chilli powder chaat masala and salt.

    First Fry all baby potatoes golden brown. And take on a tissue.
    Now fry brinjal and take on a tissue.

    Like this way fry carrot chips ladies fingers one by one. And take on a tissue.
    Lastly fry Big chilli. And take on a tissue.

    For Greavy:-
    Heat oil on a tawa add finely chopped onion salt and saute till looks transparant. Add butter garlic paste and saute. Till looks soft.
    Now add crushed tomatoes.
    kasuri methi pavbhaji masala chaat masala and black salt in a greavy. Add chopped coriander and 1cup water.
    Mix it well. Cook on a slow mid. Flame.Add red chilli powder pavbhaji masala in grwavy mixture.
    Lastly add cream cashewnuts nuts powder and dry mango powder.

    Mix red chilli powder salt and chaat masala in a bowl and sprinkle on all veggies. Now arrange all vegetables and paneer pieces on a tawa. And mix one by one vegetables in a greavy. Saute in a greay. And serve in a plate.

    Tasty taaty winter subji Tawa Subji is ready to serve.
