  1. 2 cupbesan
  2. 1/4 cupsooji
  3. 1/2 cupsour curd
  4. 1 tspcitric acid
  5. 2 tspoil
  6. 2 tspsugar
  7. 2 tspginger chilli paste
  8. 2chopped green chillies
  9. 2 tspoil for seasoning
  10. leavesas required Some curry
  11. 1 tspmustard seeds
  12. 1/2 tsphing
  13. 1/2 tsphaldi
  14. 2 tspcooking soda
  15. as required Water
  16. as per taste salt
  17. as required Chopped coriander

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl take besan, add salt, haldi ginger chilli paste, mix well..

    Now add curd, oil, citric acid, soda, and water for dhokla batter.. Combine well..

  3. 3

    Put a dhokla maker on a medium heat, pour water in it.. Put a stand and grease oil in dhokla thali keep on it..

    Again mix batter well and pour in plate. Cover a lid, steam for 8 to 10 minutes..

    Take out thali, make cuts in shapes..
    In a tadka pan, add oil, mustard seeds, hing, green chilies, curry leaves, saute it, add 2 tsp water and sugar, boil for a while..

    Pour on cooked dhokla, sprinkle chopped coriander..
    Serve with green chutney..
