  5. 1 tablespoonfried besan
  6. 2 tbspthick curd
  7. 1 teaspoonginger garlic paste
  8. 1/2 tsp of haldi
  9. 1 tspred chilli powder
  10. 1/2 tsp of dhania powder
  11. 1 tablespoonlemon
  12. 1/2 tsp sugar
  13. 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  14. as per tasteSmall amount of salt
  15. For gravy
  16. 2onions
  17. 2tomatoes
  18. 8cashews
  19. as requiredSmall piece of ginger and four pods of garlic
  20. 1 tablespoonwatermelon seeds
  21. 6 tablespoonsoil
  22. as required Small amount of milk
  23. as per taste Salt

  25. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

Cooking Instructions

    Cut paneer into thick pieces, Cut capsicum and onion into cubes then separate the layers of onion. Then marinate with above mentioning things along with paneer. For 10 minutes

    Take 2 tbsp of oil then fry these pieces,boil above mention in things for gravy.

    Make a soft paste of boiled onion and tomato.take oil in a kadai add 1 teaspoon of jeera gradually add this paste along that add salt, haldi and Red Chillie powder cook for 10 minutes in a low flame, gradually add milk and paneer capsicum and onion fried pieces. Give a perfect mix and cook for another 10 minutes consistency with amount of water.
