Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbasmati rice
  2. 1 cupgreen peas
  3. 2 Cupwater or add required
  4. To taste salt
  5. 15-20cashew nuts
  6. 1bay leaf
  7. 1cinnamon stick
  8. 2cardamom
  9. 1star stone
  10. 4-5cloves
  11. 4-5black pepper seeds
  12. 2 tspoil
  13. 1medium size finely chopped onion
  14. 1 teaspoonginger and garlic paste

    Watch rice properly and sock it for 30 minutes

    Now heat ghee in cooker or pan

    Saute ginger and garlic paste.Also saute whole spices

  4. 4

    Now saute cashew nuts and onion. After add green peas and saute slightly

  5. 5

    Now add rice and salt. Add water and gently mix it. Cover it with lid

  6. 6

    Let cook it for 10 to 15 minutes on medium flame. In between check two to three times. If water required you may add it more. In cooker allowed to 2 to 3 whistles on medium flame

    Are flower is ready to serve
