Add salt to the flour and knead the dough stiff.

Now on the other hamd..add paneer to another bowl and mix it with onions, coriander, salt, garam masala and pepper.

Now mash all the ingredients well and your filling is ready.

Keep an iron plate on flame and let it heat.

Take a ball of dough and roll it out.

Stuff the rolled dough with prepared filling and conceal the filling with dough.

Now roll it flat.

Once the iron plate is hot enough, put the rolled paratha on it and flip once cooked from one side.

Now grease it with butter/clarified butter generously. [Apply butter/clarified butter as per your taste as it can become unhealthy]

Now flip it and repeat the same.

The paratha is done. Serve hot with curd or pickles.
