  1. 1/2 cupyoghurt
  2. 1 tspchilli powder
  3. 1/2 tspturmeric
  4. 1/2 tspcoriander
  5. 1/4cumin powder
  6. 1/2 tspGaram masala
  7. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  8. 2 tspbesan flour (dry roasted)
  9. 1 tsplemon juice
  10. As RequiredSalt
  11. 3 tspoil /butter
  12. 1/2onion petal
  13. 1/2capsicum petal
  14. 200 grmsPaneer

    First, take thick curd. Further, add in all the spices along with salt.mix till all the spices are well with curd. Now add paneer, onion petal, and capsicum also add 1tsp oil. mix the vegetable coated well.

    After marination inserts the marinated paneer capsicum, and onions into skewers.

    Further roast it on hot Tawa or pan. finally serve the paneer tikka.
