  9. 4onion chopped
  10. Hara dhania
  11. 2-3Hari mirchen
  12. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  13. For dough:-
  14. 3 cupmaida
  15. 1 tspsalt
  16. 4 tbspghee
  17. For layering:-
  18. 7-8 tbspghee
  19. 5-6 tbspmaida

    Ghee ya oil garam kar ky ginger garlic paste aur qeemah aur spices dal kar bhonyn.

    Jab qeemy ka pani dry hojaye to 1 glass pani dal kar cook karyn k qeemah tender hojaye.aur phr dry krlyn.

    Ab onion dal kar 3-4 minutes cook karyn aur phr hara dhanya aur hari mirchen dal dyn.filling ready hy.

    Mydy my ghee aur namak dal kar achi tarah mix karyn aur phr pani dal kar gondhy aur dough ready kar k 1/2 ghanty ky liye cover kar k rakh dyn.dough hard na ho.
