Actually, my husband most favourite dish. So I, have plugged from my, kitchen garden I have prepared today. it is a, good, combination, for plain rice, when, desi, ghee, added with, hot rice you can, mix this fry side dish raitha and pickle, good combination. please, try you love to eat some, more rice with this... #weekend special

Ingredients

30minutes.
4 people.
  1. l 500 grams.brinja. (very small only, needed)
  2. 4teaspoon.til oil(best) or refined oil(big)
  3. 3 teaspoon.Masala materials:1.chana dal
  4. 3 teaspoon.dhania seeds
  5. 2teaspoon.urad dal
  6. as required .moog pali few
  7. as required .til seeds (white or black)
  8. 5.red chilli(sukka)
  9. as required.hing few, drops
  10. as required.dry coconut few
  11. as per taste.salt
  12. 12.imli few
  13. 1 teaspoon.black rai
  14. 1 teaspoon.urad dal
  15. as required .curry leaves few

Cooking Instructions

    First wash your brinjal and wipe it in, a cloth... split into four take your knife do not allow the knife to the bottom of brinjal. one third cut into two piece and opposite direction... do the same. all the brinjal cut in, the same way..

    Then 2nd step.. take all the masala dry roast one by one. Then take mixie grind all the materials.. transfer in to plate then take small
    spoon take one brinjal and salt also in, this masala filled all your brinjals take a idli vessel steamed all the brinjals for 12minute.

    Then next step is take frying pan pour til oil pour black rai, urad dal, then add chana dal,add hing drops. Take your steamed brinjals
    then, transfer your brinjal one by, one then sim your gas burner in yi medium flame fry slowly let them till golden fry. this is very tasty sabji... you can eat with hot rice and ghee...
