  2. 1 tspcumin seeds
  3. 1 medium sizedonion chopped
  4. 2 medium sizedtometoes chopped
  5. 1-2green chillies, chopped
  6. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  7. 1 tspcoriander powder
  8. 1 pinchassofodeta -optional
  9. 3 cupschopped louki / bottle gourd
  10. as neededWater
  11. As Per TasteSalt
  12. 1/2 tspoon garam masala powder
  13. As Per RequiredChhoped green coriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Get ready with all ingredients.
    Heat up oil in presser cooker add cumin seeds when they crackers add chopped onions saute till transparent add green chilli saute add chopped tomatoes saute till tomatoes get soft and mushy.

    Meanwhile, rinse and peel chopped louki keep aside. Tomatoes become mushy add dry masala powder assofodeta saute add chopped louki add salt mix all well add water depends on contency of gravy.

    Close lid and presser cook for 2-3 whistles. When the presser settles down on its own open lid check the gravy and louki and add garam masala powder.

    Sprinkle chopped green coriander leaves.
    Your easy tasty sabzi is ready to Serve.

    Serve hot with chappati / pulav.
