Ingredients

  1. 2 CupMilk chilled
  2. 1 CupWater Melon, deseeded & finely chopped
  3. 1/8 cupRose syrup
  4. 2-3 tbspsugar or as per taste
  5. 1 tbspchia seeds soaked
  6. as required Some diced watermelon for garnishing
  7. as required Ice cubes

Cooking Instructions

    Soak chia seeds in water for about 10 – 15 mins.De-seed the watermelon and chop into small pieces.

    In a blender jar add chopped watermelon, blend it well and strain out in a bowl/jar.

  3. 3

    In a jar add chilled milk, strained watermelon juice, roce syrup and sugar. Blend for few seconds and pour in serving glasses.

  4. 4

    Add chia seeds and give it a nice stir.

  5. 5

    In last add finely chopped watermelon and ice cubes.

  6. 6

    Mohobbat ka Sharbat is ready serve immediately.
