Ingredients

  1. 3medium sized boiled potato(grated)
  2. 1/2cuo grated beetroot
  3. 1/4 cupboiled peas
  4. 1/4 cupchopped beans
  5. 1/2 cupgrated carrot
  6. 1 tspred chillu powder
  7. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  8. 1 tspamchur powder
  9. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  10. 4-5chopped garlic
  11. 2-3chopped green chillies
  12. 1 tspcumin seeds
  13. 2 tbspoil
  14. as per tasteSalt
  15. 1/4 cupbread crumbs
  16. For coating the cutlets:
  17. 1 cupbread crumbs
  18. 2 tbspcorn flour
  19. 2 tbspAll purpose flour(maida)
  20. 1/2 tspchilli flakes
  21. 1/2 tspsalt
  22. 300 mloil for frying cutlets

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a pan,add chopped garlic and green chillies.Saute 1 min.Add all vegetables (except potato)and powdered spices.

    Add 1/4cup water and cook for 2-3minutes on low heat.

    Take out and let cool.Add boiled and grated potato.Mix well.Give the shape of cutlet.

    Mix all the ingredients of coating,add a little water to make a slurry.Dip the cutlet in slurry,coat with bread crumb.Keep aside.Prepare all like this.

    Heat oil in a pan.Fry cutlet on medium hot oil till golden and crispy.Enjoy.
